Your still reading then that person is YOU! Instead of allowing Life to get you Stressed Out try managing yourself so that Burnout doesn´t happen! How you ask? Simple, give yourself a few minutes each morning to BE Quiet before you start your day, gather your thoughts and meditate or say a prayer before tending to others!
Give yourself the chance to stretch your body for a few minutes in the morning. In the car driving put on some praise music and lift your own Spirits! Before you go into the office say some positive affirmations to yourself and psych yourself up for the day!
There are many ways that you can De stress yourself Angels! Ride public transportation if your able to take off the pressure of driving, dole out responsibility to your kids to help you feel lighter! Say NO sometimes to people, activities, and other outside distractions!
