On June 19, 1865, nearly two years after President Abraham Lincoln emancipated enslaved Africans in America, Union troops arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas with news of freedom. More than 250,000 African Americans embraced freedom by executive decree in what became known as Juneteenth or Freedom Day.
Angels, we had such a great time! We learned so much about our culture and how we as a group of Human Beings were treated by another set of Human Beings all OUT OF FEAR!
FEAR Angels, all of the hurt, pain, anger, discord, and unbalance is ALL due to FEAR! FEAR that there isn´t enough, FEAR that one will be better than the other, FEAR Angels, all out of ignorance and FEAR that we treat our self the way that we do!
